Congratulations to Dr. Phil Laplante and Dr. Robert Loomis

We are pleased to announce that Phil Laplante is the 2011 IEEE Reliability Society Engineer of the Year, and Robert Loomis will receive the IEEE Reliability Society Lifetime Achievement Award for 2011.

These awards will be presented at our Annual Saturday Night Banquet before RAMS in January, 2012.

Both nominees were very well distinguished in their nomination packets, and well deserving.
